Q1: What are the terms of trade?

A: We will provide one year quality guarantee.
Q3: What payment terms can you accept?
A: 30% deposit after T/T order confirmed, 70% balance T/T before shipment.
Q4: What's the delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, it will take about 30-45 days for standard size orders to be shipped. You can also contact our sales staff for more details, our sales staff will give you a certain answer according to your quantity and item number.
Q5: Have your products been tested for safety and environmental protection?
A: All of our products are in compliance with SGS and BIFMA international standards and certified, and all certificates can be made available to the public.
Q6: Do you have more products or catalogs?
A: Yes! We do, please contact us for more information.
Q7: How can I get a sample? What is the cost and lead time of the sample?
A: For samples, we usually charge the retail price, and the shipping fee should be paid by the buyer. Sample lead time is 3-15 days, depending on stock, but don't worry, we'll refund the cost of the sample when you place your Mass order with the factory.
Q8: What types of clients do you usually work with?
A: We work with different types of customers all over the world, mainly distributors, wholesalers, online commerce companies and some direct end users.
Q9: Can you help me design or modify the product according to our requirements?
A: We have R&D capabilities and a professional and efficient team, OEM/ODM customized service is welcome.
Q10: Do you accept third-party factory audits and product inspections?
A: Third-party quality management or social audit and third-party pre-shipment product inspection are welcome.
Q11: Can I mix items in one container?
A: Usually we will try our best to meet all the requirements of customers, you can mix 10 kinds, for the first trial order, you can mix more as a special offer.

A: Our company is located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. 30 minutes by high-speed rail to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport & 1.5 hours to Pudong International Airport.
Q16: Which port do you want to ship?
A: We ship from Shanghai port, it takes 2 hours from factory to Shanghai port.
Q17: How many containers can you ship per month? What about your annual sales?
A: We ship about 30 containers per month. Our annual sales are about $10 million.
Q18: How about your delivery time?
A: Trial order 30--45 days. 25-30 days for repurchase order.
Q19: Will you pack the goods according to the assembly instructions? Because we don't know how to assemble them.
